We are a Power Vinyasa Yoga Studio in Rocklin, California, offering 30 weekly yoga classes. We are a Yoga Alliance Registered school, and all of our teachers are highly experienced and trained in-house. We guide students through a physical practice that is both challenging AND fun while also bringing a profound message to honor yourself. We believe you can create an accessible practice, beginning your transformation from wherever you are.
