THE SOMATIC ARTS ACADEMY

Last Updated September 8, 2026

The Somatic Arts Academy is a virtual community aimed at promoting a body-centered, spiritually grounded life. The Sangha, derived from the Sanskrit word soma, provides practical tools for integrating somatic awareness into daily routines, enhancing relationships, and understanding the interplay between humanity and spirituality. It offers professional development opportunities for practitioners, therapists, yoga teachers, coaches, breathwork facilitators, and healers, bridging the gap between immersive trainings.
