The Body Mind & Spirit Retreat aims to promote holistic well-being by creating a safe space for community and teaching tools like yoga and mantra meditation. The retreats are held at eco-farms like Gita Nagari, which are net carbon positive. Experienced yogis lead yoga sessions, mantra meditation, and musical meditation, such as Kirtan, which cleanses the false ego and promotes positivity, compassion, empathy, and satisfaction. The retreat also includes cow therapy, a barn and creamary tour, and the Art of Meditation workshop, which introduces participants to the process of overcoming negative emotions. The retreat also includes a meeting with HH Romapada Swami, an advanced bhakti yogi, and farm fun activities led by knowledgeable farm owners Dhruva and PJ. The retreats aim to address internal pollution and promote community among attendees. The retreats are designed to address environmental and internal pollution, providing a viable alternative to traditional yoga practices.
