About Siddha Yoga Path
Updated: April 12, 2026
The Siddha Yoga Path is a spiritual practice that focuses on meditation, chanting, and selfless service to facilitate self-realization and inner transformation. It includes core practices such as meditation, chanting, selfless service, and dakshina. Ashrams and centers serve as sacred spaces for seekers to engage in these practices. The SYDA Foundation protects and preserves the teachings, offering opportunities for students to contribute their skills and expertise. The path has a strong tradition of philanthropic work, including projects like PRASAD and the Muktabodha Indological Research Institute. Students are encouraged to offer seva during their stay in Shree Muktananda Ashram, contributing to the SYDA Foundation’s mission to protect, preserve, and facilitate the dissemination of the Siddha Yoga teachings.
