About Sexual Trauma and Recovery (STAR) Counselling

STAR Counselling is a team of experienced and inclusive practitioners in the South of Hampshire, Portsmouth, and the Isle of Wight, working with individuals who have experienced sexual trauma, including rape, abuse, and violence. They offer one-to-one counselling for adults, young people, and children, and run groups for mixed genders, single sex, women, men, and LGBTQ+ individuals. STAR Counselling is free to access and accepts self-referrals and referrals from professionals.
