The Samara Healing Center is a beautiful healing space surrounded by woods and farmland located outside of Taneytown, in north central Maryland. Only an hours’ drive from Baltimore and an hour and a half from Washington DC, Samara offers a serene, natural setting to experience an array of mind/body/spirit healing modalities for individuals, couples and groups. Practitioners at the center provide, acupuncture, chinese dietary therapy and medicine, wellness counseling, therapeutic bodywork, meditation classes, and sound healing. We also offer monthly programs and help facilitate personalized day retreats. Samara is home to the pyramid sanctuary, a sweat house, a small “bring a book take a book” library, and organic gardens.
