We offer empowering workshops and retreats in the UK, Ibiza and the French Alps where we tap into your deepest potential, offering experiences and tools to take you from Root2Rise. We share an alternative medicine toolkit based on ancient wisdom to support healing and maintenance, many will be comforted to know that our offerings are backed by science. We share a number of different tools which have supported our own healing journey [including cancer, auto-immune disease, adrenal fatigue, PTSD, Anxiety and Insomnia] and hope we can support you to achieve optimal health whilst thriving physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually. We have trained with master teachers and top schools across the globe, with our specialisms being The Wim Hof Method [Breathwork, Cold Water Therapy, Mindset], Sound Therapy, Reiki, Cacao Plant Medicine, Drumming, Yoga, Yin Yoga with a speciality in Traditional Chinese Medicine and we weave all of our skills together like tapestry to create a powerful and potentially life changing workshops and retreats.
