About ResInnate Yoga & Permaculture

ResInnate Yoga & Permaculture offers weekly donation-based yoga classes at Elk Run Farm and gift-based nature, permaculture and yoga retreats in Colorado. We also offer permaculture and regenerative design and implementation services. We believe that by cultivating greater connection with our Self we develop the capacity to be more in tune with our inner nature and heal our relationship with the Earth. As we heal our relationship with the Earth, we also develop greater capacities to heal ourselves and the people around us. One of my our goals is to open up a retreat center and demonstration site where these practices can be shared through a felt experience in the body and on the land.
