Movement Wisdom is a boutique online yoga school lead by Jess Rose. We are a family-owned business that was born from frustration about a yoga industry that is becoming ever more shallow. Our mission is to bring back the depth and to help redefine what it means to teach yoga. We believe that yoga is the single most powerful practice that exists. It has the potential to transform every single aspect of life, from our physical and mental health to our level of confidence, our relationships, or how we view the world.
