About Kaizen Yoga Korea
Updated: April 17, 2026
Kaizen Yoga Korea is a community space dedicated to continuous improvement, focusing on building a functional body for various activities. The organization offers a 200-hour teacher training course, “Better Together,” which was launched in 2017 and has grown to become a cornerstone of the new generation of Busan yoga. The program, led by Mindy, a former Kaizen student, has been recognized for its accessibility and student-centered approach. Mindy has rehabbed two serious injuries and has experience adjusting postures for various circumstances. The program is backed by an outstanding Yoga Anatomy program led by a practicing Physical Therapist and former Kaizen student, Stephanie Kwok. Mindy’s classes are not only fun and hard work but also provide valuable insights into yoga philosophy and alignment. The organization believes that learning is a lifelong endeavor, and the lessons learned from Kaizen Yoga Korea are forever embedded in the student’s practice.
