About Kabbala – Life Yoga Art

Kabbala – Life Yoga Art is a community space offering yoga, Pilates, and dance classes for all ages and abilities. The Spanish retreat will be held in Montgó Natural Park, near Javea. The retreat includes daily yoga and Pilates sessions by professional teachers, three meals daily, a cooking workshop with Master Chef Dan, sunrise and sunset meditation, a luxury shared villa, cultural experiences, half-day excursions, soft drinks, airport transfers, flights to Alicante, one evening meal in the local town, Thai massage, and Reiki.
