About Integral Zen

Integral Zen is a life coaching center that uses Integral AQAL maps and Zen practice to understand and solve complex problems. They use Integral tools and Mondo Zen™ to develop clarity, creativity, vision, and compassionate action. The center focuses on Waking Up, Growing Up, Cleaning Up, and Showing Up, using traditional Rinzai Zen techniques. They offer an online course on shadow and integral theory fundamentals, covering the nature of the ego, tools for investigating shadows, and their impact on relationships. Live Dharma talks by Doshin are available every Sunday.
