About Inside Outside Retreat Centre

Inside Outside Retreat Centre is a life coaching center located on Treaty 13 Land, home to Indigenous Nations and First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples. TRetreats offer the opportunity to pause and refresh, allowing participants to engage more fully with their hopes, values, and purpose. The center creates a calm, welcoming space for reflection and mindfulness, using readings, images, poetry, and natural environments. Participants are encouraged to respect the thoughts and words of others and keep their thoughts confidential. Online retreats offer similar benefits as in-person retreats, but with the added benefit of no travel time and smoother transitions to daily life.
