About Humayoga

Humayoga is a yoga center led by certified yoga therapist and teacher Huma Gruaz, with over 3000 hours of teaching experience. She integrates Western Medicine with yoga and offers in-person classes, private lessons, and retreats, including a week-long retreat on the Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica. The retreat aims to help individuals access their inner resources and experience pure consciousness, allowing them to become independent of objects and make decisions aligned with their true calling. The retreat runs from February 22nd to March 1st, 2025, and includes asana yoga classes, Primordial Sound Meditation training, and world-class spa services.
