Holon offers one-on-one yoga sessions tailored to individual needs, mental and physical conditions, and personal circumstances. Each session is based on Hatha Yoga, a movement-based system promoting health and longevity. Holon Purifying Retreats focus on de-acidification, detoxification, purification, rehabilitation, and renaturalization through nutrition, treatments, and movement.
