The Himalayan Yoga Tradition offers a self-transformation program in the authentic tradition of Swami Rama of the Himalayas. The organization, AHYMSIN, is dedicated to making Swami Rama’s teachings available. Future teacher training retreats include Level I, Level II, 200-HR, 500-HR, and 200-HR certifications. The HYT-TTP program focuses on cultivating meditation and spiritual sadhana in the Prana-vidya Hatha Yoga style. Enrollment is open to all worldwide seekers, including aspiring and experienced teachers. The program includes a comprehensive curriculum through home study, mentoring, and ashram retreats, presenting yoga and meditation in a spiritually inspiring context.
