Heartcore is a unique Pilates and Yoga blend that promotes strength, flexibility, and mental resilience. The Coreformer class in the studio works every muscle in the body, enhancing flexibility and promoting blood circulation. Hot Pilates in the heated mat studio in Bayswater enhances flexibility, promotes blood circulation, and boosts metabolism. Classes are designed to build strength, shift energy, and calm the mind. Strength classes focus on improving mobility, coordination, balance, and muscle tone, while Flow classes focus on flexibility, body awareness, balance, and core strength. Personal training sessions can be booked as one-on-one, duet, or in small groups of up to 15 people. Heartcore offers a range of classes to help individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
