About Friends of Yoga

Friends of Yoga (FRYOG) is a yoga center that offers membership opportunities for both yoga teachers and yogis. Members can access comprehensive teacher training, opportunities for growth through subsidised CPD days, and participate in seminars, workshops, and retreats. FRYOG also provides discounted insurance cover for tutors and teachers, Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service checks, and access to ongoing yoga classes and courses. The organization’s objectives include encouraging yoga study and practice, propagating comprehensive yoga, providing qualified tutors, publishing study courses, and promoting a world-wide spirit of friendship. FRYOG also aims to refute media publicity about yoga’s nature and aims.
