Free The Soul Yoga, Holistic Health, Nutrition & Adventure Retreats aim to help individuals overcome life stressors, uncertainty, difficulties, and feelings of loneliness and disconnection. These retreats focus on finding balance and nourishing the body and soul, promoting self-practice, deepening feelings, and embarking on epic adventures. The retreats start with a morning yoga class followed by a healthy breakfast. After breakfast, participants can attend cooking classes, nutrition workshops, or day trips, followed by an afternoon for rest, exploration, or relaxation. The retreats end with a sunset yoga session. Hosts Gloria and Teresa, holistic nutritionists and vegan chefs, prepare a plant-based diet with local ingredients. The retreats are based on an atmosphere of love and mutual support.
