Delphi Awakening offers a creative workshops that are informed by psychology, mythology, mindfulness, improvisation, role play, dance / movement therapy and arts therapy.Their retreats are designed by two expert Psychologists combining playful mind and body interventions, and excursions to the majestic landscape of Delphi, to promote self-knowledge and teach the skills to live a truly meaningful life.
